Soddy-Daisy Arbor Day – March 4, 2023
Our first Arbor Day Celebration was held on March 5, 2022. Students from Ivy Academy and volunteers from the community planted 16 large trees at “Pine Tree Park” on Dayton Pike. Encouraged by this success, KSDB is planning a larger tree planting for 2023. With support from the City of Soddy-Daisy, donations to Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful, and a grant from the Tennessee Division of Forestry, we will be planting 35 large trees at Veteran’s Park in Soddy-Daisy, TN.
